Program Description
When you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from Buddy's Home Furnishings, you are opting in to receive marketing and informational SMS and MMS messages including:
- Marketing and promotional offers, deals, and special pricing
- Responses to your product inquiries and lead form submissions
- Product information and availability updates
- Delivery scheduling confirmations and updates
- Appointment reminders
- Account notifications and payment reminders
- Product images and promotional media (MMS)
Consent
By submitting a lead form on mybhf.com, responding to a Facebook lead ad, texting our store number, or providing verbal consent in-store, you agree to receive automated and non-automated SMS and MMS messages from Buddy's Home Furnishings at the phone number you provided, including marketing and promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Typically, you will receive 2-5 messages per customer interaction. Promotional messages are sent periodically and are not recurring without additional interactions.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to all SMS and MMS messages sent to and from our number. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
STOP — Reply STOP to any message to opt out of receiving future messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from this program unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of messaging does not affect any other services or agreements you have with Buddy's Home Furnishings.
Supported Carriers
Messages are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carrier messaging and data rates may apply.
Privacy
Your phone number and personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade, or share your phone number or messaging data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Liability
TPGBHF LLC and Buddy's Home Furnishings are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier.

We reserve the right to modify these SMS/MMS Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
